The Best New Apparel Product for 2012!

What is stain imaging?

Stain imaging is a revolutionary technique that enables you to customize and enhance the products you already use, reinventing the basic goods as unique palettes. Staining combines the customization of screen printing, the luxury of dyeing, and the comfort of mild distressing for a look and feel unlike anything else you have encountered. It offers the perfect background for screen printing, heat transfers or embroidery. The eco-friendly process integrates with the garment to deliver a surprisingly soft feel with little or no shrinkage. It provides versatility to image tee shirts, polos, Henleys, fleece, infant and toddler items, pocket tees, and more!

How can I use stain imaging?

Wallpaper/Thematic Wallpaper – choose from one of our existing templates to showcase your logo Custom – you supply the artwork (like your logo) for the staining AND we can make a stain image from it. For a one-time investment, we can create a proprietary design just for you! This option is especially good for those involved with licensing, concept lines, uniforms, clubs, theme parks, schools, leagues, franchises and more – any entity that has a wide distribution and frequent need for outstanding and unique looks.

What are the benefits of stain imaging?

It is cost-effective – no lengthy turn times, no high minimums, no requirements to use high-end fabrics to get a remarkable finished product. It keeps a soft feel – unlike screen printing or embroidery, the softness of the fabric is the same after the stain image is applied as it was before.

Steps to Produce Stain Imaging Products

  1. Decide which approach you want to take for the stain image
    • Wallpaper, e.g., a specific image like “leaves” or a theme like “peace & love
    • Custom, e.g., company logo or artwork
  2. Choose a type of garment – T-shirt, tank top, sweatshirt, polo shirt, plus many other styles can be decorated
  3. Provide concepts for the overall stain imaging process so a free PDF of your pattern can be created
  4. Approval of your stain image product
    • Standard: art file representation (PDF format) can be available in 24 hours
    • Sample: ten day turnaround is required
  5. Products ship approximately 4 weeks after approval
